JRodz Collision is a family owned business owned and managed by Joe Rodriguez. Joe has a broad background that includes body shop management and insurance claim processing. Joe was involved in the auto industry at the age of 21 as an over-the-counter salesperson for A&L Auto Parts. He then worked at Bill Mowbray Motors as a warranty administrator for the next six years, collecting warranty claims. He also worked as a warranty administrator and parts department manager for two years at Luke Fruia Motors. His next stop was Tipotex Chevrolet where he held a position for two years as an assistant body shop manager. He was then recruited by Crawford & Company to handle auto appraisals for vehicles. He returned to Tipotex in 1993 and served as body shop manager. Crawford & Company opened their own claims office (Universal Claims Services) and once again asked Joe to work with them as an auto appraiser. He was employed with them for eight years.
Before opening his own collision center, he worked with The Hartford Insurance Company for six years as an auto service representative where he processed estimates for damaged vehicles. Through this extensive road in the auto and collision industry it was then that Joe saw the need for a collision center which would offer exceptional customer service along with first hand expertise and quality service.
